• Please fill out the RETURN AUTHORIZATION PICK-UP REQUEST FORM and submit to MSI RETURNS INBOX.
• MSI no longer accepts the "Exchange" of MDOC uniform clothing, "Returns Only".
• All inquires, questions, and issues regarding orders must be addressed within 30 days of receipt.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of receipt, and in Like-New Condition.  NO refunds after 90 days.
• Special Order items are non-refundable.
• Notification by email or phone will be made to confirm and arrange pickup of items.

MSI warrants its products to the original user to be free of defects in material and workmanship.  MSI shall repair or replace, at its exclusive option, any alleged defective item or component that it manufacturers.  The warranty does not apply to cases of "normal wear and tear", alteration, abuse, neglect, or misuse.  The warranty does not apply to products damaged by transportation or other movement without MSI's express written authorization.
