The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) will hold one additional funding round on December 12, 2022 for the purpose of allocating additional tax credit to eligible projects. This third amendment is being done to assist additional projects impacted by the construction costs increases and supply chain disruptions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Only projects that were originally awarded credit through the October 2021 funding round and have not yet finished with construction will be eligible to submit an application for additional credit in the December 12, 2022 Funding Round.
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority will hold a funding round on July 1, 2022 for the purpose of allocating additional tax credit to projects that received credit prior to 2022 and are experiencing construction costs increases and supply chain issues due to the covid-19 pandemic. Only projects that were originally awarded credit prior to 2022 and have not yet finished with construction will be eligible to submit an application for additional credit in the July 1, 2022 Funding Round.

Only projects that were originally awarded 2019 and 2020 credit will be eligible to submit an application for additional credit in the January 18, 2022 Funding Round.
