This community health information website allows visitors to view statistical information about birth defects, cancer trends, infant mortality, mortality for the most recent year available, mortality trends, natality, population estimates, preventable hospitalizations, sexually transmitted diseases and enrollment in the Women Infant and Children, (WIC) program. The site generally allows visitors to view any of these data for the state as a whole, for local health department jurisdictions, for counties and in selected data sets, for cities and townships with 10,000 or more population. The community health information for each of these geographic entities is also available by age, race and gender where applicable and in which the confidentiality of individuals is protected.
