The Patient Campus provides individuals in Michigan with resources to use to manage or prevent high blood pressure.  Blood pressure control depends on active patient involvement. These resources can help you in your journey to control and manage your high blood pressure.

mortarboard  The DASH Brief. This 6 page brochure discusses the diet recommended to lower high blood pressure: Dietary Approaches to Stop High Blood Pressure (DASH). Information is provided to guide patients and their families to follow this lower sodium, higher fruit and vegetable diet that emphasizes lower fat choices.
