Approved November 14, 2022

1. Call to Order
   1. Madame Chair, Rachael Eubanks called the meeting to order at 1:11 p.m.
2. Roll Call
   1. Let the record show that six (6) Commission members eligible to vote on matters relating to DPSCD were present. A quorum was present.
3. Approval of proposed Minutes from the FRC’s August 29, 2022, School District Monthly Meeting
   1. Motion made by Commissioner Vidito and supported by Commissioner Walsh to approve the draft minutes of the Commission’s August 29, 2022, School District Meeting. The Commission approved the minutes of the August 29, 2022, meeting as presented.
4. Approval of proposed Minutes from the FRC’s September 19, 2022, School District Monthly Meeting
   1. Motion made by Commissioner Nicholson and supported by Commissioner Vidito to approve the draft minutes of the Commission’s September 19, 2022, School District Meeting. The Commission approved the minutes of the September 19, 2022, meeting as presented.
5. Executive Director’s Report
   1. Patrick Dostine, Executive Director, informed the meeting that in reviewing the monthly financial reports for DPS and DPSCD, ending August 2022, the School District continues to pay its debt obligations, remains in compliance with all statute related to their waivers, and there is no reason to consider rescinding the waivers at this time.He also stated that in preparation of the school district’s request for a third waiver, meetings of the contracts and finance sub-committees were convened the week before.
   2. Recap memos from both meetings will be prepared and circulated to the commissioners and the school district will be making a presentation to the full FRC at the November 14, 2022, meeting, for consideration of a vote by the commission at the December 19, 2022, meeting.He stressed the importance of the commissioner’s attendance and participation at both meetings.

    1. Motion made by Commissioner Nicholson and supported by Commissioner Rose to adjourn. The Commission approved the motion to adjourn.
    2. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:22 p.m.
