Frequently Asked Questions

  • DIFS highly recommends reporting PE completion as soon as possible after the student successfully completes a program of study.

  • No. Providers need only enter the last 4 digits of the SSN.   

  • No. Providers need only print the last 4 digits of the SSN on the completion certificate.

  • Providers can use their own approved PE completion certificates or are welcome to use the certificates that are provided from the roster entry system.

  • No. The DOB is collected for transmittal purposes ONLY and should NOT be displayed on the PE completion certificate..

  • No. Providers will be required to enter PE course completion information the date the system goes "live".

  • Yes. Providers must still deliver, email or mail, PE completion certificates to students that successfully complete a Pre-licensing Education program of study.

  • No. The provider must electronically report the PE course completion information using the DIFS Education Roster Entry System as soon as possible at the end of the student's course completion.
