Q: Do employees who interact with the public have to wear a face covering?
A: Yes. An employee who works indoors at a store or other business that is open to the public is an "individual" who is in an "indoor public space." As such, the employee must wear a face covering unless he or she fits within a narrow exception specified in the order.
