It's possible that Service Requests submitted during that time could
be affected by this process. Should you submit a Service Request
(for example: to change addresses, ask an account specific question,
request a copy of sales tax licenses or additional payment coupons)
and not receive a response within four (4) business days, please resubmit
your request. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may
