Corporations Division Non-Profit SeminarThe Corporations Division offers a seminar for new nonprofit officers, directors and members which covers a wide variety of topics including director and officers duties and responsibilities, indemnification, charitable solicitations, financing, tax issues, filing requirements and record keeping.
UIA Problem Resolution OfficesAt Problem Resolution Offices (PROs), UIA customer service representatives resolve problems and provide access to automated resources. These offices are located in Alpena, Benton Harbor, Detroit, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Houghton, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Marquette, Mt. Clemens, Muskegon, Ontonagon, Saginaw, Sault Ste. Marie, and Traverse City.
