Tahquamenon Falls Lodge
The Tahquamenon Falls Lodge is conveniently located between the upper and lower Tahquamenon Falls, with easy access to snowmobile and hiking trails, and the Betsy Lake Natural
"A lot of construction improvements went into making this a beautiful and accessible place to stay,"
said Craig Krepps, the park manager. "The living quarters and sleeping quarters are fully furnished, so
visitors only need to bring food and clothing."
Linens, blankets, towels and dishtowels are supplied for this three-bedroom lodge that sleeps up to eight persons. The lodge has a master bedroom with one queen-sized bed, and a full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, one bedroom has two bunk beds, while the other bedroom has two
single beds and a half-bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee
maker, pancake griddle, pots and pans, silverware, bake ware, plates and cups. The downstairs and
deck are fully accessible, and other amenities include games, books, a picnic table, charcoal grill and

bear," explained Krepps. "Our objective is to get people to GO-Get Outdoors and enjoy nature, so we
wanted to provide a more modern experience for those who might want something other than a campsite or rustic cabin."
The lodge is located 13 miles west of Paradise off M-123. Over 38 miles of hiking trails and endless snowmobile trails are accessible within 200 yards of the lodge.
Cost is $110 per night, for a maximum stay of up to fifteen nights. There is a four night minimum rental required for reservations made 30 days or more in advance, and a two night minimum rental for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
