Solicitations that were posted before May 28th will still be located on the old bid posting site www.Bid4Michigan.com. You may view those solicitations under the bid opportunities tab. If you have not previously been registered on Bid4Michigan, and you find something you are interested in bidding on, you will need to do so.

At present, the Design and Construction Division will continue to receive bids and proposals in HARD COPY.  Please see the detailed instructions in each solicitation for information on how to prepare and submit bids and proposals. 

Vendors who registered on Bid4Michigan between May 10th, 2013 and May 28th, 2013 will need to re-register on Buy4Michigan.

Vendors will also need to register for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) at Contract & Payment Express. You will need your Tax ID number, banking information and business characteristics available before beginning. To register, click the icon below (redirects to Contract & Payment Express).
