Store My Goods

As an agency, you have two options to store materials, supplies, and equipment. At Print, Warehouse & Surplus Services Division, you may select general warehouse space or full service materials management, which includes the space, materials handling, and inventory management and reporting.

Inventory My Goods

PW&SS' full service materials management and warehousing includes the warehouse services staff managing the agency inventory after the agency completes the request in MAIN to the supplier. This service includes receiving, storage, packaging, distribution, and inventory management of agency commodities. The actual shipping cost is a direct expense to the agency.

Print the DMB-595W (pdf) form and use for all your storage and inventory needs.
The DMB-229Aform is used to transfer material back to the warehouse. This form is computer fillable. After completion, print, add authorized signature, and ID mail or fax using below information.
Print the DMB-2207 (pdf)form and use for the disposal of obsolete forms.
