  FAQ
Does the job have to be the same as the one the worker was previously doing?

Answer:
The job offered does not have to be at the same skill or pay level that the worker was doing. However, if it is a lower paying job, the worker continues to receive benefits based upon the difference in wages at the new job and the job where the injury occurred.
