Where can I get more information about coverage under the Act?
 
Answer:
Questions often arise concerning the interpretation of the coverage and exclusion requirements of the law. Information and assistance concerning these issues is available from the Insurance Division at 517-322-1195 or toll-free 888-396-5041.

 

There is also a booklet available, PUB-002,  which answers coverage questions about subcontractors, general contractors and independent contractors.
