The guidelines can be downloaded from the website by clicking on the link located at the bottom of the page following the background statement regarding the development of the guidelines. Hard copies of the guidelines are also available by calling the Workers' Compensation Agency at 517-322-1721.

The guidelines, which are being furnished to you for informational purposes only, have been adopted and/or endorsed by a significant number of professional organizations and are seen as a positive initiative by the rehabilitation community in Michigan to address noted service delivery concerns.
