2009 Assessment Multipliers

The call date for the 2009 assessments is June 25, 2009, with payments due by September 23, 2009. The multipliers for this year are as follows:

Second Injury Fund (SIF)
Silicosis, Dust Disease and
Logging Industry Compensation Fund (SDDF)
Self-Insurers' Security Fund (SISF)
