Kenneth Birch, of Holt, succeeds Melody Paige, whose term has ended, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

Garry Goolsby, of Lansing, succeeds L'Mell M. Smith, whose term has ended, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

Michael Harris, of Okemos, succeeds Michael Theile, who resigned to serve as judge of the seventh judicial circuit court, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2009.

James Kent, of East Lansing, succeeds Crary Grattan, whose term ended, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

Jan Leventer, of Bloomfield Hills, succeeds Mary Brennan, whose term ended, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

Beatrice Logan, of Detroit, succeeds Donna Grit, whose term has ended, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

Victor McCoy, of Southfield, succeeds Michael Harris, whose term ended, and is appointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

John P. Baril, of Lincoln Park, is reappointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

Carol Guyton, of Detroit, is reappointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.

John Wierzbicki, of Huntington Woods, is reappointed for a term ending January 26, 2007.

Richard Zettel, of Sterling Heights, is reappointed for a term ending January 26, 2010.
