If my overpayment account has been transferred to the Benefit Enforcement Unit (BEU), who do I contact?
 
Answer:

You should contact the Regulation Agent who contacted you to discuss a repayment plan. If you no longer have their contact information call the Benefit Overpayment Collection Unit (1-800-638-6372) to obtain the Regulation Agent's telephone number.
