  • Claim was reviewed by the Benefit Payment Control (BPC) using the New Hire Report and Social Security Index
  • Claim was audited by the Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM) Unit
  • Tips received by the Fraud Hotline: 1 800 822-1122
