What are my UIA tax obligations when starting a new business?
 
Answer:
An employer must file a registration application to obtain a UIA Account Number. Forms UIA 1020, Employer’s Quarterly Tax Report and UIA 1017, Wage Detail Report must be filed on a quarterly basis.
