What do I need on my computer to access and use your system?
 
Answer:
To facilitate the use of our web process, you will need a PC that can access the Internet. Your browser should be Explorer 5.0, or Netscape 6.0 or higher. Your browser should be configured to allow JavaScript, to use 128-bit encryption, and to accept cookies. While we make every effort to support the older browsers, upgrading or patching your browser can resolve many problems.
