I am an accountant and have 109 clients? Is there any way I can use your process without requesting passwords for each of them separately?

At the present time there is not. Each employer is considered the "owner" of his or her account, and we require a separate unique e-mail address to create accounts. The account owner can add you as a user on his account as the account is created. When each of your account owners adds you as a user, you will be able to file them collectively with your unique user name and password.
