  Jobless Worker
Where can I get help if I still have questions?

Answer:

If you have filed for unemployment benefits by Internet or telephone within the last 60 days and have a question or problem with your claim, call our telephone filed claims number using a touch-tone telephone and inquire about your claim at 1-866-500-0017. The inquiry option is available weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

If you have general questions about unemployment benefits or if you have a question about your Claims by Mail application, call our Claimant Customer Relations office at 1-800-638-3995 weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

You can also visit one of our walk-in help centers for answers to your questions or help to resolve problems with your claim. The office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
