Where can I get help if I still have questions?
 
Answer:
If you have a question or problem with your claim, call our telephone filed claims number using a touch-tone telephone and inquire about your claim at 1-866-500-0017. The inquiry option is available weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. (temporary extended hours) Eastern Time.

You can also visit one of our Problem Resolution Offices for answers to your questions or help to resolve problems with your claim. The office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (temporary extended hours) Monday through Friday.
