Each paralegal student's assignment rotates regularly among the members of the Tribunal. This provides the student with a varied perspective on different work methods, case types and multi-disciplinary approaches. Students are required to obtain a Judge's/supervisors evaluation-oral or written-of their work at the conclusion of each project. In addition, students may also be temporarily reassigned to special research projects on the approval of the Deputy Chief Clerk, Chief Clerk or Tribunal Chair.
