R 205.1264 Consequences of refusal to make discovery
Rule 264
(1) If a party or other person refuses to answer a question after being ordered to do so by the tribunal, then the proponent of the question may file a petition with the circuit court for Ingham county or the county in which the discovery is being taken to compel the party or person who is ordered to make discovery to comply with the order of the tribunal.
(2) If a party refuses to obey an order made under R 205.1255
(3) or an order made under R 205.1260, then the tribunal may issue orders in regard to the refusal as justice requires or as provided in R 205.1247.
