Documentary Evidence

Documentary evidence is written evidence that a party intends to offer in support of that party's contentions. Documentary evidence is required to be filed with the Tribunal and exchanged (i.e., given) to the opposing 14 days in advance of the scheduled hearing. If the documentary evidence is not filed and exchanged at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled hearing, it may be exclude (i.e., not considered). See TTR 342.
