Hearing Officer

A hearing officer is an administrative law judge that has been appointed by the Tribunal to conduct hearings in either the Tribunal's Small Claims Division or Entire Tribunal. A hearing officer has no authority to render a final decision in an appeal pending before the Tribunal.
