How do I pay the fees?


Make your check or money order payable to the State of Michigan. Mail it to:

Michigan Tax Tribunal
P.O. Box 30232
Lansing Michigan 48909


For security reasons, please do not send cash through the mail.

Please do not send payment for your taxes to the Tribunal. Only the fees for Tribunal appeals or motions are due at the Tax Tribunal. Any taxes due should be sent to the address provided with your tax bill.
