| For Security Reasons |
The Tribunal may request limited security clearance for individuals who appear before us often, or are involved in lengthy hearings. This limited clearance would allow the party to come to our floor without an escort. To gain this clearance, the Tribnal will require each party's name and birth date, as well as the date that the clearance should expire. Security Guards will then check visitors against the Tribunal's Security Clearance List and provide a visitor pass. If you desire security clearance, please discuss with your assigned judge's secretary prior to appearing at the Tribunal.
