The Tax Tribunal has received and reviewed public comments regarding its proposed revised rules. The proposed revisions are based on those comments, as well as a survey of other state tax and administrative courts, the United States Tax Court, and the Michigan Court Rules. Final proposed revisions will go through the usual formal public comment period and promulgation process.
