FAQ
  Tax Reversion
What information will opt-in counties be required to provide to the state, if any?

Answer:
Clearly, there is one point in the process where opt-in counties will interface with the state (see refusal rights module on chart). In addition, regular input on the adequacy of the fees that attach as part of this process also will be sought pursuant to the statute. Other than these small points, however, the only additional information that will be required of counties that have opted in to the tax reversion process will be that which is provided in each county's annual financial reports (copies of which are provided to the state).
