Will you take my income tax refunds and vendor payments?
 
Answer:

All refunds that are due to you will be applied to your debt until it is paid in full.

Vendor payments will be applied to your debt unless you are remitting under an approved installment agreement and have reported the vendor income on a Collection Information Statement. The Collection Information Statement must be completed, even if the installment agreement is for less than 24 months and you received verbal approval for the agreement over the telephone.
