Yes. If you wish to make payment by phone contact the Collection Division at (517) 636-5265 to make the arrangements. Please have your banking information available; this includes your bank's nine digit routing number and your checking or savings account number.
The Collection division is the only area that is able to arrange payments over
the phone. No payment arrangements can be made by calling 1-800-827-4000.
