Required Documents
The documents a repair facility must keep for every vehicle which is repaired are listed below:

• Written estimate;
• Final invoice;
• Any waivers, warranties or sublet invoices; and
• Part purchase receipts and any other documents that pertain to the repair transaction.

Records of warranties, contracts or agreements that extend beyond five years must be maintained until the warranty or contract period expires.
