Dealer License Fees

License Fees & Requirements
All license classifications require a completed application (AR-0032), Zoning and Municipality approvals, assumed name or corporate filing and fingerprinting of each applicant listed in Item 8 on the application.

Class "A"
License fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Copy of Franchise or Affidavit
• Repair Facility Registration or Service Agreement
• Zoning and Municipality Approval
• Fleet Insurance Certificate
• Minimum of 2 dealer plates
• $10,000 Vehicle Dealer Surety Bond

Class "B"
License fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Repair Facility Registration or Service Agreement
• Zoning and Municipality Approval
• Fleet Insurance Certificate
• Minimum of 2 dealer plates required
• $10,000 Vehicle Dealer Surety Bond

Class "C"
License fee $160.00
Requirements:

• Repair Facility Registration or Service Agreement (required only if parts installed)
• Zoning and Municipality Approval
• Workers' Compensation Insurance

Class "D"
License Fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Zoning and Municipality Approval
• $10,000 Vehicle Dealer Surety Bond

Class "E"
License Fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Zoning and Municipality Approval

Class "F"
License Fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Zoning and Municipality Approval

Class "G"
License Fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Zoning and Municipality Approval 

Class "R"
License Fee $160.00
Requirements:

• Repair Facility Registration or Service Agreement (required only if parts installed)
• Zoning and Municipality Approval
• Worker's Compensation Insurance

Class "W"
License Fee $75.00
Requirements:

• Zoning and Municipality Approval 
• Fleet Insurance Certificate

Note:   Applicants for any class must pay appropriate fingerprint processing fees.  A private vendor, L-1 Identity Solutions, performs this service.  They collect all fees associated with fingerprinting.  Each applicant listed in Item 8 of the application is required to be fingerprinted.  The Livescan Fingerprint Request form is included in the application packet.
