Extended QVF Help Desk Hours: In support of the November 2, 2010 election, the QVF Help Desk will be open on Saturday, October 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The QVF Help Desk will also be open on Monday, November 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Election Day from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The QVF Help Desk number is: 1-800-310-5697.
In addition to the above, "on call" support will be available during the following timeframes:
Saturday, October 30, from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, November 1, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you are in need of assistance during any of the above listed timeframes, please call the QVF Help Desk at 1-800-310-5697 and leave a message. Be sure to include your name, the name of your jurisdiction and the phone number where you would like to be reached.

ES&S Customers: Please direct any questions or concerns regarding your AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals, M100 Tabulators, Unity or AIMS software to ES&S Support Services at: 1-877-377-8683 (for hardware and software problems select option 4).
Premier (Diebold) Customers: Please direct any question or concerns regarding your AccuVote Tabulators or GEMS software to ES&S Support Services at: 1-877-377-8683 (for hardware and software problems select option 4) or the GBS Help Desk at: 1-888-640-8683.
