QVF Desktop Reference Chapter Updates:  We are pleased to announce that updates to Chapters 1 and 3 of the QVF Desktop Reference Manual are now available on the Bureau's Web site: Chapter 1 Chapter 3.

Chapter 1 "Voter Registration," addresses the processing of voter registration applications, use of QVF Status Codes, voter moves, printing master cards and voter identification cards and a variety of related voter registration file maintenance tasks.  

Chapter 3 "Election Administration Module," provides instruction on the Election Wizard module, election geography, global geography, assigning ballot styles, temporary precinct consolidations, temporary and permanent polling place changes, defining absent voter counting boards, petitions module and election inspector tracking.
