Election Electronic Poll Book (EPB) Tasks: Under the terms of the EPB user agreement all EPB
data/files must be deleted from all laptops and USB memory sticks 7 days
following the final canvas and certification of the election. The August 3
primary was certified on August 23. Thus, all EPB data/files must be deleted on
August 30. If you did not post Voter History on the night of the election, you
must post history prior to deleting the files. Instructions for uploading voter
history from the Electronic Poll Book can be found by clicking on the following
link and going to page 38 of the instructions:

It is
important that all EPB data on laptops and USB memory sticks be deleted before
they are stored away. If you plan to use the laptops for EPB training purposes,
be sure to delete all EPB data from them prior to setting up the EPB for the
