Reminder - November 3, 2009 Voter History Update:  Please take the necessary steps to ensure that all voter history for the November 3, 2009 election is entered into the QVF no later than December 8, 2009.  We are asking you to complete the entry of voter history data earlier than usual as we have scheduled a QVF software update for December 11-13.  It will not be possible to enter voter history for the November 3, 2009 election after the software release.

If you are the clerk of a jurisdiction that does not have direct access to the QVF, you will need to work with your county clerk to ensure that this task is completed by the above deadline.

QVF Street Index Maintenance:  The QVF Street Index is regularly updated by the Bureau of Elections as new and more accurate information is received.  Michigan election officials are notified of the changes through inbox transactions.  If you receive an inbox transaction advising that a QVF Street Index update has impacted your jurisdiction and have any questions or have reason to question the accuracy of the change, please do not hesitate to contact us! The regular maintenance of the QVF Street Index is critical to the efficient operation of the QVF system.
