QVF Help Desk "On-Call" Support: To assist jurisdictions that will be conducting a September 15, 2009 election, the QVF Help Desk will offer "on-call" support on Saturday, September 12, 2009, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you are in need of assistance during this timeframe, please call the QVF Help Desk at: 1-800-310-5697 and leave a message. Be sure to include your name, the name of your jurisdiction and the phone number where you would like to be reached. The QVF Help Desk will be open on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, Election Day, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Vendor Support: Please make note of the following:
ES&S Customers: Please direct any questions or concerns regarding your AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals, M100 Tabulators or Unity or AIMS software to ES&S Support Services at: 1-877-377-8683 (for hardware and software problems select option 4).
Premier (Diebold) Customers: Please direct any question or concerns regarding your AccuVote Tabulators or GEMS software to Premier Election Systems at: 1-800-433-8683 ext. 2507 or the GBS Help Desk at: 1-888-640-8683. As an alternative, you can contact your area representative at one of the following numbers:
