Reminder - Ballot Proofing for August 4, 2009 Consolidated Election:  If you are conducting an election on August 4, and have not yet forwarded your proof ballots in PDF format to the Bureau for final proofing and approval, please do so at your earliest convenience.  Bureau staff will review the ballot to ensure that it conforms with current ballot production standards.

Please submit all proofs by e-mail to the attention of Carol Pierce at PierceC1@Michigan.gov.

Office Closure in Observance of State "Furlough" Day:  Please note that the Bureau of Elections and all Secretary of State branch offices will be closed on Friday, June 19.
