Why isn't my postal code accepted on the Registration page?
 
Answer:

U.S. codes must use a five or nine number format. Postal codes for Canada must use the six Alpha numeric format. Registered users from all other countries must select Other and enter the respective State and Country names. Then, enter the corresponding postal code.
