Secretary of State offices accept cash, checks or money orders made payable
to the "State of Michigan," Discover
and MasterCard at the counter. A nominal 2-percent processing fee will be charged
when using Discover or MasterCard.
PLUS offices and SUPER!Centers also offer a Self-Service Station for license
plate renewals. Self-Service Stations accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
