YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE BOARD OF STATE CANVASSERS WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2003, AT 10:30 A.M. IN THE SECRETARY OF STATE CONFERENCE ROOM, 430 WEST ALLEGAN, LANSING, MICHIGAN.

Included on the Agenda will be:

• Canvass and certification of the September 16, 2003 special election conducted in Lake County to subject David Woodruff, Lake County Prosecuting Attorney, to a recall vote.
• Request submitted by Stephen P. Korn under R 168.790(19) to review the return envelopes containing the absent voter ballots submitted for a November 2, 1999 City of Southfield municipal election which were rejected as invalid by the Southfield City Clerk.
• Such other and further business as may be properly presented to the Board.
