Agency: Secretary of State

SEPTEMBER 25, 2007

Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land reminds residents that the Mohawk branch office returns to service one day a week instead of two beginning Thursday, Oct. 4 as it adjusts to seasonal business volume.

The office at 36 Mohawk St. will be open on Thursdays only. Hours remain 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a lunch closure from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Customers who need to renew license plates can "skip the trip" to a branch office and renew by Internet, mail or touch-tone telephone. Easy to follow instructions are enclosed with the renewal notice.
