YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE BOARD OF STATE CANVASSERS WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, MAY 5, 2005 AT 2:00 P.M. IN ROOM 519 OF THE HOUSE OFFICE BUILDING, 124 N. CAPITOL AVENUE, LANSING, MICHIGAN.

Included on the Agenda will be:

• Establishment of deadline for challenging signatures appearing on the referendum petition filed on March 28, 2005 by the Committee to Restore the Dove Shooting Ban, 3303 West Saginaw, Suite B3, Lansing, MI 48917.

• Consideration of initiative petition submitted for approval as to form by Win-the-War.com, P.O. Box 1269, Sterling Heights, MI 48311. (Petition would amend the state constitution to legalize and regulate marijuana within the State of Michigan.)

• Such other and further business as may be properly presented to the Board.
