Secretary of State Branch Office Locator - Find Services Close to Home

Following is a brief definition of some of the types of services provided at Secretary of State offices. Use this information to help tailor your branch office search. Underlined words contain a link to more information.

24/7 Tab Renewal Station
	Visit the convenient Branch Office Locator to find a Self-Service Station near you. Many can be used 24/7.
Accepting MasterCard and Discover
	PLUS Offices and SUPER!Centers accept Discover and MasterCard at the counter.
Enhanced License / Enhanced ID
	You must visit a Secretary of State office authorized to issue an enhanced driver's license or state ID card if you are applying for your first enhanced license or state ID card or you need to make a change to your name or date of birth as it appears on your enhanced license or state ID card.
Instant Titles
	Secretary of State branch offices providing instant titles.
IRP Offices (International Registration Plan)
	Limited IRP services are available at select Secretary of State branch offices. Before visiting a branch, please call the Lansing IRP office at (517) 322-1097 for more information.
Mechanic Testing
	Secretary of State branch offices providing mechanic testing.
PLUS Offices
	PLUS offices offer additional services such as expanded hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, Self-Service Station and payment by Discover and MasterCard at the counter. Some services, such as driver assessment and mechanic testing, are only offered at select PLUS offices.
Purchase Driving Record
	You may purchase a certified copy of your own driving record for $8 at any branch office.
Saturday Locations
	Secretary of State offices providing Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to noon.
Self-Service Stations
	PLUS offices and SUPER!Centers offer a Self-Service Station for license plate renewals. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
SUPER!Centers
	SUPER!Centers offer additional services such as expanded hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays, Self-Service Station, payment by Discover and MasterCard at the counter, full-time customer service specialist, instant titles, identification specialist, driver assessment or driver appeal services, document certification, and mechanic testing.
