Any comments received will be considered in the development of the proposed response, which will be posted on or before October 8, 2009 for review and comment, as required by section 15(2).
Any comments concerning the proposed response must be submitted within five business days after the proposed response is made available to the public.
After reviewing comments, a final response will be posted on or before
October 29, 2009.
- On October 29, 2009, the Department of State extended its deadline for
issuing the final response as authorized by MCL 215(3). The final response
will be published on or before December 15, 2009.
