Applying Adhesive Security Seals to Tabulators

Place one seal on the front so that it spans the seam between the top and the botton of the case.  Place a second seal across the back so that it spans the seam between the top and bottom of the case.

Place one seal on the front so that it wraps around to the bottom of the tabulator.  Place a second seal on the back so that it wraps around to the bottom of the tabulator.

Optech Insight

Place one seal on the back of the case spanning the gap between the top and bottom of the case so that the case can not be opened without pulling the seal off.

Tabulators must be sealed after the conclusion of the preliminary accuracy test and remain sealed through election day.  Once the seals have been applied, record the seal number(s) on letter head and retained in the clerk's office files.
