Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land (right) thanks Midland resident Joe Franko for loaning the Midland Secretary of State branch office his display of license plates from all 50 states.  Secretary Land's visit to the Midland branch marked the kickoff of her pledge to visit all branch offices her first year in office.
